April 13 Holter Monitor

I should have posted this a few days ago. I am just back from getting a holter monitor strapped on for the next 24 hours. I have worn them a couple times in the past, and know they seem to have a pvc - erasing effect on me. I want the device to record my usual 15-20K pvc's per day so the cardiologist can see what's going on. Ha ha, I realise that this is the opposite of what most of us are looking for in this community, but for one day, I want to have as many pvc's, couplets, runs and salvos as possible. Even the pre-syncope that I sometimes get.
Anyone have any advice on how I can get my heart to act up ?

Isn't it amazing how  well your heart behaves when you are wearing a monitor?  Last I had one, my heart did nothing other than a few pacs and pvcs.  I had been having all kinds of crazy things happening and they all stopped for that day.

Caffeine is a biggie for me.  As well as nicotine when I smoked.

Stress yourself out as much as possible.  Work out.  Anything that you know that can trigger your arrhythmias and that is actually what my doctor suggested.  To do what I needed to do to try and trigger it because that is the whole point of the monitor.  Best of luck
