Are too many PACs dangerous?

Too many PACs - SVEs. Literature shows that ESVEA - excessive supraventricular extopic activity is a precursor for AF and Stroke. ESVEA is defined as more than 30 in 1hour. What is happening when one has more than 10 times this amount? As symptoms - chest pain, breath shortage, dizziness, palpitations, spasms . Any treatment or therapy?

I have now more than twelve hundred an hour very often and have made an appointment with a cardiologist to sort this out. I have no symptoms other than occasionally the feeling of being overly nervous or exited about something that isn't there. I know for a fact that my body produces too much Adrenaline, but I think there are other factors involved.
