Arrhythmia

Please let me know the difference between Acitrom and Warfarin as anti coagulents. Do both these drugs go with severe diet restrictions on Vitamin K. Does a patient of arrhythmia totally abstain from all food containing Vitamin K

Please see my response on your other post.

A more specific subject, such as "difference between Acitrom and Warfarin" might bring more focused responses.

I do not know what Acitrom is, but suspect it is a "brand name" anticoagulant like Coumadin is, and it may to be very similar to Warfarin.

That said, Warfarin does not have a severe diet restriction, but a moderate intake of foods (or direct vitamins) containing "K" would simplify life.  The main point is to be consistent.  Then you does level can be adjusted to match your normal "K" intake.  However, if you vary significantly on some days, those days will have either too high to too low a coagulation result from your medication.  I do very well with Warfarin, and I take a multi vitamin every day that in fact contains some "K", but I take the exact same amount every day and I try to have some salad or other "K" containing food each day to keep my intake near some regular (unmeasured) level.  I take 5 mg of Warfarin every evening, before going to bed.
