Arrmthymia just from drinking water

I have had this weird arrmthymia in the past whereas my heart would speed up to 120bpm for a minute or so out of the blue and every once in awhile...but now since my lovely hormones are still trying to settle 2 years after the birth of my baby my heart is still freaking out....it got a lot worse after i stopped nursing 7 months ago...NOW, whenever i drink just a cupful of water my heart will speed up to 120...then pop back into rhythm again...it's so annoying that i can't even drink water now without it freaking out...does anyone have a similar experience?

Hello...

Does this happen when drinking very cold water, or is the water room temp? I notice increased activity if I drink something very cold or if I am eating ice cream.

Have you ever been evaluated for your symptoms?
