There are many causes of left axis deviation (LAD).  There could be thick heart muscle, rotation to your heart in your chest, misplaced EKG leads.  Most causes of LAD or LHB  are nothing to worry about.

LHB (left anterior hemiblock) is a small conduction fiber on the left side of your heart.  It can block because of conduction system disease, blockages in the heart, dilation of the heart or normal variant.

It is best to talk to your doctor about any symptoms you might have or risk factors for heart disease.  There are finding is particularly worrisome.  It might prompt some additional questions but is unlike to be cause for concern.

I hope this helps.
