Av block symptoms pacemaker didnt help. Please help

Hi, i just to tell my story. I was obese all my life during my teen years i weight around 240 pounds to 350 pounds.
Ast 2009 at the age of 27 i seriously decided on a major lifestyle change. I started to correct my diet then gradually started exercising  then increased my exercise daily upto now.  I had my yearly doctor visit for my cholesterol , triglycerides. Wayback 2004 my cardiologist started me on lipitor and aspirin without any problem.  Last year august 2012 i was complaining of neck pain and shoulder stiffness ,numbness , off balance feel and weakness on my left arms and leg. I went back to my cardiologist regularly and complained about it he then refered me to various doctors neurologist , endocrinologist , spine surgeon , eent , phsych with clinical diagnosis of anxiety disorder , sleep specialist with mild sleep apnea and mobitz type II To rule out on what ive been complaining of did numerous test nuclear stress test came out normal , angiogram of my heart result came out good ,  sleep study with mild apnea , mri of the brain with white matter changes but they said its irrelevant , brain ct with contrast came out normal , emg test came out with positive result of weakness on left arm and leg , to cut the story short and want to let you guys know that all the test are done in a world class hospital here in Philippines at my expense without any insurance , hmo's.... 3rd week of august 2012 i drove myself to the e.r. Because of worsening of the numbness on my left side and i felt that i will pass out anytime then i told them i want to be confined in the hospital for monitoring then they put me on the telemetry floor for heart monitoring then following day my cardiologist arrived and told me that im having intermittent heart block and to be sure he wants to do the pacemaker implant asap then i agree with him with the thought of after the 2 lead pacemaker implant my symptoms will go away and get back to my normal life. After discharged i was rush to the e.r. Several times because of the same neck pain , numbness and weakness then my doctor said im just too anxious of my health and just try to be normal. Then i tried to follow his advice but till now almost 1 year post implant i still feel the same without any improvement then he sent me for p.t. I finished around 30 sessions with my p.t. I even did accupuncture without any help. Last week went to another hospitals top neurologist and showed him all my medical records he was surprised with all the work ups ive been through i still complain of what i complained of before pacemaker implants i even went trough all the thyroid testings , Antibody test requested by my rheuma doctor which came out normal ! Electrolyte testing with my potassium on the low normal. The current neurologist advised me that im over worked up at my age 31 and he said that as per his knowledge he dont think that my numbness weakness symptoms are cardiac related and that i just need to learn t live with it and he doesnt wanna give me any medication or any surgery. And even told me next time you gonna do any major procedure/surgery better seek for 2nd 3rd opinion before giving it a green light. Hope Anyone from here could help me find a cure/solution. From my point of view what his implying is i dont need pacemaker and will not help at all.

Before implants i do run 15 minutes and breeze walk for 15 minutes then cooldown for 10 minutes daily. Post implants i still continue my exercise routin till date.

Eversince my bp are always normal at around 100/60 to 120/80 range

Had sleep study 2010 having mobitz type II my heart rate ranges from 29 bpm during sleep it happens rarely to 180bpm while exercising  low 50's while at relax state

By the way i took several meds with no help at all some of them just calms me down

Lyrica
Cymbalta
Xanor
Rivotril
Prozac
Various pain meds and muscle relaxant

Thank you for your kind and comforting words and for taking much of your time reading my story. Yes i had mri of the brain twice mri of the cervical spine which shows a slight narrowing of the space where the nerve pass but the spine surgeon said its not surgical. Wish i could just undergo one treatment or surgery to eliminate all this symptoms.

I am not sure I have much to add to the multitude of tests you have gone through but I will ask if you are still on lipitor?  I have heard that there is some concern now about the safety of those kinds of drugs.  Is your cholesterol well managed by your diet?  You say you did physical therapy but have you had any sort of mris of your neck and back/spine?  I had a spot in the middle of my back that was being pulled out of line by the overuse of my right arm.  This caused all sorts of crazy numbness though out my body that made me feel like I would pass out.  Though physical therapy helped me but just wondering if you have had all your discs properly looked at.  I do hope you are able to figure this out.  It sounds very discouraging to not get any answers with all the tests you have had but keep at it until you find a solution.  Stay strong and keep us posted on how you are doing.
