BP & Pulse Question

In Feb, 2014 my mother (age: 56+ yrs) was diagnosed with high BP (160/110) & since then she was on BP medicine (Olsar-40). Early last week (Aug 11th) she got a high BP again (160/100), which came to 140/90 on Aug 14th.

Since Aug 15th, we started using Omron BP Monitor & have taken a few BP & pulse readings for her. Can you please have a look & let us know if any of them is worrisome & needs any further action ?

1) BP: 135/84 Pulse: 74 (15th Aug 8:30 PM)
2) BP: 115/75 Pulse: 85 (17th Aug 4:30 PM)
3) BP: 124/77 Pulse: 81 (17th Aug 7 PM)

PS: She is a patient of Hypo Thyroid & currently in treatment for osteoporosis as well. It would really help if you can help us an overall view with attention to BP & pulse readings.

Looks normal to me.

Notice that her heart rate increases slightly as the blood pressure drops. This is a normal response from her autonomic nerve system, and nothing to worry about.

Blood pressure readings and pulse look good to me.
Your cardiologist will be more qualified to explain the numbers more in depth, but in general, they look fine.
