BP 110/60 AND pulse 75

My father when have only 20 years old register BP 110/60 and Pulse 75 its normal on this age, my father continue
on hypertension BPover 150/130 and over, and he died.When my father presents the BP110/60 and the 75 pulse is
a prognosis to continuing to hypertension to obtain a myocardial infarction.

I am sorry to hear about your father.  The blood pressure of 110/60 is normal.  It can also be normal for people to have elevated blood pressure when they are sick or under stress.  To have a diagnosis of hypertension, it requires a little follow up to make sure the elevated blood pressure was not a one time event.

It is true that high blood pressure is a risk for heart attacks.  Having high blood pressure of 150/130 is high, especially the lower number.  There is usually more of a difference between the top number and the bottom number so I am not sure if the reading was correct.  I think the best I can say is high blood pressure is a risk factor for myocardial infarction but it is often difficult to say that it was the cause of one.
