Bradycardia

I have Left total bundle block,and pass out a lot. This dianosis was confirmed by a cardiologist up north.He said that the 100% left branch bundle block was not serious.He also gave me many nuclear tests which just confirmed the diagnosis.I can no longer sing as I am a first soprano which takes a lot of oxygen.I faint when I sing,so have stopped doing what I love to do.My heart hurts also when I over do it.I am dizzy a lot.
Is the left branch bundle block worse then the right side? People who have it are telling me it is worse,and I need confirmation about this.I am from Canada and my insurance doesn't cover this.Is this a serious condition and do you recommend I return home immediately.I was to retun end of April.Can this wait,or should It be taken care of with immediate pacemaker.I remain confused about how serious a condition this is.Can you advise me what to do?
I have had three EKG's which were all abnormal and showed the Bradycardia and slow heart beat.I also have spells of heart pain,more like anaching sensation,and continued dizziness.Is this serious?

I have RBBB and was told it wasn't as serious as LBBB, so my guess is yes it is more serious, but I'm not a dr and can only go by what my dr's said.

What you can do is go to the heart disease expert forum and try to get a question in to the dr's forum so they can answer and direct you what to do or where to go.

I had a pacemaker implanted for my bradycardia, which when set the right rate stopped my fainting, but it took a few tries getting the settings right.
