Breathing and skipping

Has anyone noticed skipped beats when taking deep breaths???

The premature beats when taking deep breaths are by the way usually PACs and not PVCs.

YES!  Hate that.  I feel slightly short of breath, go to take a deep breath, and blip.  Almost as if my lungs touch the heart casing it to spasm.

What happens is that inhaling increases blood flow to the heart, this is stressing the upper chambers and you get PACs.

I won't advice that you stop taking deep breaths ;) but it's often a sign of stress, so try to breathe nice and slowly, and your stress will be easier to handle.

Yup, and when I take shallow breaths, and when I lie back and when I stand up and when I exercise and when I relax.....do you see any pattern here?  There always SEEMS to be a pattern, but when you think about it, they come whenever they come.  Like right now.  :)

I have the same thing going on right now,i searched PVC and sob after meals and found this post. I get sob and PVC after large meals. I also get that sharp pain it does feel like the heart is rubbed by something and its painful. It takes a long time for me to recover after meals because I can't breath. Can anyone offer some advise because my doctors have no solution. I feel like I can't get any air in my lungs after I eat.

Oh yes, I sure do, then it makes me even more SOB. I hate it.

Eating or drinking water also brings them on more when I breathe funny, dang it.
