Bye for good

Bye for good

I am so tired of being attacked...I am not coming back.  It seems whenever I come here I just feel even worse and not better.  Hope you all feel great in days to come and this time I will NOT be back.  Thanks everyone for your years of support.

Bye!

Please dont leave :( i know several people enjoy your presence and appreciate your words, and would be hurt by your leaving.. I too have noticed the board take quite an interesting turn since my absence.. Its very disheartening to get preoccupied with life and other things, to come back and expect to see things the way they used to be and see the board over run with negative things, but I know for a fact that the moderators of this board have sat up and taken notice and please be assured, this will not be tolerated anymore..... Please reconsider :) it should wouldn’t be the same without ya.

I've read through the post 100 times, and I really am sorry if fearfactor thought I was being negative.  I wrote a thread direct to her, and I've contacted her personally.  I was ASKING why they thought it was panic and not SVT.  I really was ASKING.  If what I suffer is panic and not SVT, it would be treated very differently, and the poster sounds like she has similar symptoms to mine.  I have never caught the flutters on a monitor.  I have caught the 1000's of PVC's, but never the flutter thing, and that is what brought me to the forum.  So after the threads went toward panic, I asked what the original post said that made them think panic.  I was ASKING literally, not in a negative way.  And later the post from fearfactor made it sound like I had totally upset her....I really didn't mean to.  I was trying to get information....

I hope she comes back....I read many of her posts and she had lots of good things to say.  This was a misunderstanding!!!!!

dolfnivr - i do see the point you were trying to make in your original post that offended fearfactor - i think you just forgot to state that some people do truly need to be on medication. for someone like me with anxiety and panic attacks that are not extreme, other methods might work so if i were to just go on medication without trying other ways of dealing with the anxiety i would admit to taking the easy way out. and i have thought about it. however, as i'm sure you're aware there are people who can't control their anxiety no matter how hard they try and deserve to have a better quality of life as well as their families, as it impacts the lives of everyone around them.

fearfactor - most of us are on medication. i don't think anyone is criticizing you for getting help. you should be proud that you had the wisdom to ask for help and accept it.

Looks like it was just a misunderstanding. Dolfnivr has graciously explained what happened and we all want you to come back.  Please reconsider.  We really, really need kind and friendly people who are here to be informative and supportive.  Please.....
