Can I take Tylenol pm or ultracet at night if I've just started taking bystolic 5 mg? I had a major fracture 2 years ago, broke my arm and shoulder, it was repaired with a plate and 12 screws but I will always have some residual pain, usually at night.....cannot take NSAIDS due to nosebleeds after taking them and plain Tylenol does nothing to alleviate the pain. Checked a couple of the drug interaction web sites and get different answers. The bystolic is for atrial tachycardia, my heart rate had always been fast, but this past check-up showed the arrhythmia, really have a tough time sleeping when my arm aches. Thank you.
