Can i make ABNORMAL ECG report back to NORMAL by regular EXERCISE or any MEDICATION?

hi,

i had an ECG which is ABNORMAL. im 23 year old.m so worried coz i dont know the cause of it.
i dont have any medical issues in my family background about heart or anything.

so my question is CAN MY ECG WILL BE NORMAL IF DO REGULAR EXERCISE ON DAILY BASIS or WILL IT BE SAME AS ABNORMAL PERMANENTLY EVEN IF I CONTINUE THE EXERCISE???

its very important to me because dis medical reports are about pre employment test.

plz suggest me if any medications are available to make ECG report normal.

plz reply
thank you in advance

You didn't describe why it was abnormal. A lot of times EKGs show abnormal results when there really isn't anything wrong.  Did you discuss the results with your doctor to determine if there is indeed anything wrong with your heart.  You need to get your test results seen by a doctor first but exercising for most everyone except the super heart sick is definitely good for the heart and should help improve heart function.  Take care.
