Can you have ectopics going on without feeling any change to your pulse?

Hi

Another question re ectopics but a quick one.

Normally I can feel the ectopic, as a type of pause in my pulse before the next beat.  I know why this happens.

But the other day I was getting these random 'popcorn' sensations in my chest and some in my stomach....and I checked my pulse and it was going at a normal rhythm EVEN when some of these were happening.

So could that mean they were PAC's instead of PVC's?  But then why I'd feel them in my stomach....I imagine PAC's would only be felt higher up.

Or can some ectopics just not be strong enough to be noticed in the wrist pulse even though they're happening?
