So I have been having sharp chest pains for a while. They have been really persistant today. Very sharp in the middle area. I know I have anxiety and have had a lot of tests done on my heart which is good. When is the point that you do something about these pains. When do you know it is more than benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo pain?
As to really knowing, however what pains are safe and what aren't, well, for me, I go by the theory that all pains require attention, and are guilty until proven innocent. I feel it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your heart.
Everyone is different in regards to when to do something about them, but, again, I say to have them looked into. You know, it is strange, but our bodies, if we listen to them, will let us know when it is serious enough to check into, I know I can have a certain pain and not worry at all, but, I can have another pain, and I just "feel" in my spirit that it should be ruled out. I have been blessed though, because when I have checked them out at the ER, there has been nothing wrong. Sure did not hurt to check though. :)
