Chestpain: If you can trigger or excerbate it by pressing on the chest, it's not cardiac?

I have slight chest pain daily, but it's a very sharp nagging kind of pain.
Considering I have pvc's and tachycardia I sometimes think it's cardiac,
but I once heard that if you can trigger or excerbate it by pressing on the chest, it's not cardiac?

Can anyone confirm this?

My pain is situated under the tissue between my ribs and if I press it,
I can trigger or excerbate it.

I'm only 21, my pvc's and tachycardia are stable,
echo and ECG-stresstest indicate I must be allright...
so doctors are not concerned.

Actually, I think my chestpain might be caused by PVC's.
It's a very sharp pain at a very tiny spot in my chest.

The pain's not killing me, but it's pretty noticeable to say the least...
that's why I would like to know your opinions on this.

The pain is constant too by the way,
not just when I have a PVC. (about 3 to 6 PVC's per minute)

Actually i managed to pinpoint the pain by focusing on it,
the pain is there every time my heart beats...

so it seems continuous,
but it's probably caused by each heartbeat.

Pressing on that exact point on my chest can trigger the pain,
or make it worse.

Does this pain sound like something cardiac or not?
