Is involuntary leg and hand twitching related to congestive heart failure?

I have had an occasional leg jerk for the past several years, usually when my heart is racing, I'm anxious, and my adrenaline is surging -- so I've attributed it to that.  I have asked several doctors and none have been able to give me any answers.  A very long time ago, I read someplace about a jerk that had to do with the heart, but I can't remember where I read it now.

I am only taking a guess here but i don't understand how the two could be related...because the hand and leg twitching to me would have to do with the nerve endings in your body and CHF has to do with input and output of bloodflow and O2 of the heart....the simple thing to do would be to call your doc and toss it past them..it could be something so simple like a sciatic nerve issue or something that a simple lifestyle change would take care of it...but thats for your doc to tell you....he/she are the only ones that know your complete medical history ........................
