Comprehensive List of Food Triggers for PVC/PAC?

I was just reading some a post from jkfrench about foods with sulfates being a trigger for her arrhythmias.  I have a few of the more common triggers (caffeine, chocolate), but it never occurred to me that some ingredients in alcohol would be causing the issue, not the alcohol itself.

A few years ago I thought I'd overcome alcohol as a trigger, because I could drink it and was not having PVCs afterward - now that I know that it can depend on the type of alcohol, I'm thinking I might have been drinking one type of alcohol at one time that caused them, another at a different time that didn't.

Having a comprehensive list of known food triggers would really be helpful.  Is there one out there?  If not, would other be willing to post the foods (or ingredients in foods) they know to be triggers?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the post, but I'm curious about something - salt is not supposed to dehydrate; it's supposed to help a person stay hydrated.  Pro golfers and some extreme runners take salt pills to help their bodies hold onto water while competing.

My doc gave me a short list - obvious stimulants, such as tobacco, caffeine, etc.  Alcohol is a biggie - it is a mental depressant but a heart stimulant.  Anything that dehydrates is going to aggrivate them too - super salty stuff.  I notice if I go out for sushi (soy sauce!) I will get PVCs if I don't make sure to drink tons of water.  Cold medicines, he said, I should also avoid, and chocolate, because it has caffeine in it.

Personally, and I don't know if it's just me or what, but artificial sweeteners and lots of preservatives (msg) don't seem to sit well with me either.
