Could someone please help? I'm so scared.

This heart fluttering/tingling/ fullness in chest comes and goes. I've been to the er,
Had two ekg's, and a heart x ray, was examined by a cardiologist, and saw my own doctor.  They all said that te believe it's anxiety..but I can't stop the feeling in my chest. Could it be a problem going unnoticed here? Or could it actually just be anxiety? I do have a history of panic and anxiety, but I've never experienced anything liken this.

At some point--after tests are done--a patient has to decide if the education doctors receive is likely to be valid or not.  That's always up to the patient.
But your heart *has* been checked out by people who went through years and years of specialized education.

As a patient who has occasional panic attacks as well as funny heart rhythms, I can tell you there is always something new to learn. I now know more about these subjects than I did before, including the fact that it is VERY difficult to find a reliable, repeatable cause or remedy for heart skips (things like foods or supplements).  I also now understand that anxiety can show up in weird ways--and that it can affect palps in a very negative way.

What would you say to thinking about the possibility that anxiety or panic might be involved, and asking for a referral to a specialist who deals with these problems, just to talk about it?

I have anxiety. And I know exactly how you feel right now. I've had it for 2 years now. It's amazing what anxiety can do to you physically...Extreme chest pain, tightness, tingling, numbness, headache, light headedness, heart going 1000 miles a second....feels like a heart attack. But if your doctor took urine blood ekg chest xray cat scan etc. and it came back normal, then you are fine. One time i was walking back from the corner store to my house, it hit me, and i collapsed to the ground, heart pounding like a hammer..i was sure i was going to die. ambulance shows up, they check me out..anxiety...LOL. Eat healthy food and exercise and it will do you a world of a difference. Easy on the pizza! Good luck and feel better.

Were you having the symptoms while you were getting the EKG?  If so then it sounds like you may just be experiencing some simple sinus tachycardia.  Whatever it is does not sound too alarming to the doctors.  The heart is actually a very resilient muscle that can take a lot and still keep working just fine.  A lot of heart rhythm issues are more bothersome to the patient than they are a danger.  And a lot of times it is something outside the heart that causes it to act up.  Do you by any chance have stomach issues like acid reflux?  Acid reflux can over stimulate the vagus nerve that then sends signals to the heart causing it to act up a bit.  I get a lot of ectopic beats after I eat, especially meals high in carbohydrates or large meals.  So maybe check into any stomach issues and see if that helps your heart calm down.  As well do try and find some stress and anxiety relief if you can.  In the long run it will do your heart good.  Maybe get into meditation or yoga as a release.  Stress in general is hard on our bodies so just do what you can to try and manage it and you will likely feel much better in general.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
