Daughter's periodic arrythmia

Daughter in 30's for last 8 years or so will have periodic episodes of intense chest pressure, feel as if heart has stopped and then feels a return and a warmth in the chest. Heart will feel "bruised".  Wore a holter monitor for 2 days no sign of problem. Was  pregnant and birthed with no problem.  Seems to happen more often when stressed but stress is not always present when she has an episode.

Sorry to hear about your daughter Voula.  Lots of people here on the Rhythm Forum have worn the holter for 24 or 48 hours and have not had an episode occur.  Maybe she needs to wear the 30 day event monitor where there is a better chance of catching her symptoms.  Good luck.
