Deep Breath = Heavy PVC/Palpitation

Deep Breath = Heavy PVC/Palpitation

I have had a string of strange heart symptoms, that i was assured were most likely viral related. I've had all manner of tests and my Cardiologist seems to think that the PVC's i suddenly started getting 9 months ago are benign.

My question is, i still get a feeling of pressure in my chest every few days, and the PVC's are always much worse when i feel this.
When i have this feeling i can get a very large PVC just from leaning over or by taking a deep breath i can make it happen every time breathing deeply, but when the feeling of pressure is gone i rarely experience the PVC/Palpitation.

It seems completely erratic without any link to my diet or exercise. I was told the pains i get are Musculoskeletal inflammation in my chest. Could these things be linked? that i'm still experiencing some occurances of inflammation and that in turn aggrivates my heart?  I want to go back to competitive sport but i feel nervous entering a contact match when simply leaning over or a deep breath can make my heart stop for a second.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated
thanks.
