Dipyridamole myocardial perfusion results

I need help understanding my test results.

Findings from mibi exer stressrest gspect-ch test: There is moderately decreased count density in the septum both after and at rest. These is, however a small area of reversibility in the anteroapical portion of the ventricle. Summed stress score is 8 with a summed difference score of 7 largely attributable to reversibility in the region of the apical abnormality.

History: Left bundle branch block, Family history of ischemich heart disease.

Systolic Function:

Post stress: 35 minutes
EF = 47%
End systolic Volume: 74 ml

Rest:
EF = 39%
End systolic Volume: 71 ml

Hawkeye attenuation correction performed.

There is hypokinesis of the septum and anterior wall both after stress & at rest - slightly worse at rest.

Conclusion: In the presence of the left bundle branch block, the changes in the septum may simply be due to this phenomenon. The small amount of reversibility in the apex has also been described with left bundle branch block, but I cannot exclude the possiblity of underlying left anterior descending coronary artery disease. Systolic function is slightly below the lowre limits of normal and show some improvement with Dipyridamole.

I am 54 years old, 6 ft, 225 lbs, active, non smoker
