Does anyone seem real sensitive?

Does anyone feel that some days maybe its hydration, heat anemia who knows..

anyone feel like sudden movements, little posture adjustments, moving arms legs or even swallowing,,,
makes your heart rate increase rapid for a few seconds..

like lets say on a heart moniter your sitting or laying still..
and you move over on your side and its like 120 for 3-4 sec.. until it normalizes or just swallowing little things like that..

no i mean just like moving side to side in bed or grabbing something or turning over the wipe on the toilet.. but than again you would have to sit there ateast 30 sec or 1 minute to get accurate BPM.. i guess the wrist watch is for maintaining heart rate thats over minutes..

but i hear what your sayin about the PVC's.
I get those leaning to far on my right, or when gassy or constipated. i hate it

many people experience postural pvc's...

i've had postural tachycardia as you describe.
bending over to pick something up sent my HR into quick runs for at least 60 secs.
since i don't have stomach issues anymore (indigestion and stomach gas),
the postural tachycardia has gone as well.
