Does this sound like some sort of Block?

Does this sound like some sort of Block?

I'm a 24 year old female with a very long history of severe SVT. I take verapamil 120 tds and flecainide 50 bd and this mostly controls it after years of having virtually no control. I have refused ablation many times (the idea terrifies me). I also have mild LVH. Recently I've been passing out, a couple of times from standing and a couple of times whilst lying down. My boyfriend is a doctor (second year junior, FY2), he says my pulse is pausing and going very weak when I'm out. I tend to be out only for brief periods of time, no longer than a couple of minutes. Formerly it was just for 1 beat at a time it was pausing, but now he believes it's often for 2 beats at a time. This has been going on since June. I also have ?systolic murmur (different doctors have different opinions to whether its there, whether its systolic or whether its even diastolic). I've also been having periods of being short of breath, again when I seem to be pausing. I do have a cardiologist, but I am very reluctant to have long running investigations as I am very  busy with my career and I am a terrible patient, I hate seeing doctors and having tests (having had problems all my life I just want to avoid it). I suppose what I'm really scared about is the possibility of this being Mobitz 2 - I do not want a pacemaker..... What does this sound like? Mobitz 2 is very rare and also I don't think I have a bradycardia, as far as I know my rate is always normal (obviously a little low due to the medication) but around 60-70.

Somehow stop the putting yourself in a worry state based on your self analysis/dagnosis.

None of us here can do a better job than your doctors who will actually examine and run important tests.

If you have troubling symptoms, and your doctors believe they are sufficient to justify further tests, I say get the tests.

You can't be too safe, and a collapse of some kind will cost you much more time than taking scheduled tests.
