ECG scan interpretation

ECG scan interpretation

Hi

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and have been suddenly having several fainting episodes on a regular basis. My GP sent me for blood tests and an ECG scan. Still awaiting blood test results but the ECG print out stated 'Sinus Rhythm with premature supraventricular complexes'. The stats to the left show: Vent rate 68bpm, PR interval 132 ms, QRS duration 90 ms, QT/QTc 366/389 ms, P-R-T axes 46 73 27. I won't see my GP again for another 3 weeks. In the mean time does anyone know what this means and should I be worried?

Thanks for your help

How's your blood pressure? My daughter is also pregnant and has passed out several times. But hers is due to very low BP (average 80/60). All they can recommend is to stay hydrated and eat salty foods. It hasn't helped much but she's also eating several small meals a day to combat any low blood sugar as well. It helps a bit plus she knows to sit down when she feels light-headed.

Your ECG report doesn't seem to have anything bizarre going on, a few PAC's which isn't all that unusual.
