i not sure where to post, i am new here

i went for ecg show that is abnormal, i am 18 years old quite fit i am a competitive cyclist doing  time trial and cycled close to 2 yrs with no problems, i weight 58kg and 174cm in height. why is it abnormal??

btw what is left atrial enlargement???? as stated in the result

Cant see the figures properly,is it 76? and its do look fine,a normal heart rate is ranging from 60-100 bpm,and as for physically fit people,like soldiers and etc,they do have 60 beats below.100bpm above then it would be considered tachy.

hi,because ECG is a computer generate result and no doctors can sure that u had an left aterial enlargement,and they only way to confirm this is by an echo.And a lot of factors can affect the ECG result..

i am a loadmaster in the air force and on a contract so health report need to renew every year. pass 2008 one but fail ecg for 2010.......... i have no symptoms like chest pain, heart pain in fact i feel normal

Dun worry much about abnormal ECG,its false-positive most of the time,i know this very well cause i have done lots of ECG due to my anxiety chestpain...and why are u given a ECG? what are ur symptoms?

he ask me do 2d echo tmr morning but i wondering why the result was abnormal???

What did the doctor says? i once had an ECG done which show possible LVH,which is some thickening left ventricle muscle i think,but ECG is not accurate on diagnosed that,so and echo was done which came out fine..so wat did ur doctor says about ur abnormal ECG?
