I am sorry no one commented on your previous post.  The thing you have to keep in mind is we are not doctors in this part of the site.  We are patients like yourself with the same conditions and can only offer advice based on our own experiences.  I can't tell you whether you should or shouldn't go to the doctor.  What I will say is it is always wise to go if your symptoms have changed or worsened since you last visited or if your symptoms were never captured for the doctor to see.  My svt took 3 years to catch so sometimes it can take a few times being monitored before the important stuff is caught.  If, however, you know all the weirdness was happening on one of your 24 hour holters then the doctor has likely seen what your heart is doing.  I have pvcs and pacs.  They feel odd and the slower my heart rate is the more pronounced they feel.  Sort of like the heart has stopped a beat or fizzled out.  If it feels like your heart is stopping for longer than a beat then you could have an av node block but I would think that would have been caught on one of your recordings but I can't tell from your post if you have been to see them recently or if it was a year ago.  From what you have written it doesn't sound like you are having a lot of ectopics but I can't say for certain that you aren't having something more pronounced so if you are super concerned then by all means go back to the doctor and tell them what you are feeling, especially if this is a different feeling that what you presented to them before.  Good luck, I hope you can find an answer to what is going on for you.  But until then try and not stress too much, stress will definitely make whatever is going on worse.  If you are not short of breath, dizzy or passing out, whatever it is, is likely not going to harm your in the long term.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.

I thought you looked familiar.  Looking at your profile, I see you made 2 very similar posts in this forum on Nov 15th.  One of them did get some responses so please check all your posts.  It is not likely for people to post twice to the same person posing the same question and you may not be aware that a double post was accidentally made.  So recheck your profile.  Some comments were left.   : )

The skips and pauses in general aren't anything to worry about.  If the extra beats come in a row that is a bit more concerning.  The pause should really only be for a beat.  If it is longer than that time it out.  Get a watch with a second hand or count in your head how long the pause is.  Then also note how you are feeling.  Are you dizzy, lightheaded, feel as though you will pass out.  Do you get short of breath.  These are the kinds of things that you should tell the doctor.  So basically document what you are feeling when this is happening and how long it lasts and then bring your notes to the doctor.  It will help you better explain to them what is going on.  Take care and let us know how it went with the doctor.
