Extra heart beats



Hi guys maybe somebody can help me to find a faster way for my problem.
I have extra heart beats nearly every week but once I hade more than one or two it Was for al afternoon.. can u have more than 2 or 3 per minute ??by evening vent beck to normal .Phoned my GP for appointment and he sent me for blood test and 24h holter monitor. Only problem is that they give me appointment for holter only for 3rd of February ,is anybody who  can give me any ideas where to go to get one faster.. I vent true ECG. ultra scan ECG effort end al my tests where negative. I am running 3 times or 2 per week and gym for times ,but this extra beats droves me mad and feel depress .I cant think about my future plans because always is an, ,,if ,,there. I have done several ECG but always the doctors told me ,your heart is healthy and don’t think about this extra hard beats ,I have too admit that I am an anxious person whit panic attacks and palpitation ..but sometime I feel like I am dying ..Droves me mad..Thanks guys {sorry for my English it is my second language}

my pvc's always drove me crazy while running. I get 3-5 pvc's per minute all day long. Doctors say they are harmless just annoying. I have been offered an EP study with possible ablation but turned it down. I'm surprised you have to wait that long for a holter monitor it's usually just placed at the doctor's office.

From what I understand ectopic beats do not become alarming to the doctor until they reach upwards of 20,000 a day so the amount you are having are deemed benign or harmless.  Not necessarily comforting to the person dealing with them but something to try and focus on.  I try to just think of them as simply extra beats and don't focus on why I get them.  I will say stress and anxiety will bring them on more so if you start to stress about them you may be adding to the problem.  I also know stomach issues like acid reflux can bring them on stronger for me.  If I eat foods high in carbohydrates or spicy foods it seems to increase the amount.  Finally it is possible the running is irritating the heart a bit but cardiovascular exercise is still good for your heart so unless it starts to cause you major symptoms that disrupt your ability to function most heart rhythm issues are not too concerning to doctors.  It is good you are getting checked out but you will probably not have to do much except try and find and eliminate your triggers.  Best of luck getting a handle on this.  Take care and have a happy New Year.
