Hello..Since you had the nuclear stress test, and holter 8 months ago...It is most likely a couplet occuring in the ventricle (2 PVC's in a row) If you were told that everything else seemed ok, than I wouldn't worry too much about this.
Of course, if you notice it occuring more frequently and your symptoms worsen, than a call to your Dr would be best.

Thanks for answering. I'm taking Atenolol for the PVC's and Lisinopril for high blood pressure. I had an EKG and nuclear stress test and also wore a holtar monitor for 24 hours about 8 months ago. They said I had 900 pvc's in 24 hours and everything seemed OK.

If you felt 2 of these quick beats together, it could have been a couplet. Whether they were PVC's or PAC's cannot be determined if it was not seen on a monitor or rhythm strip.
Are you taking any medication for your PVC's?
