Extremly low blood pressure

I have had a blood pressure of 82/42 or lower the last 2 days , and other than feeling extremly tired i have no other symtoms (symptoms) , what could be wrong ?

You didn't mention any medications.. or new medications would be even more important if they exist.  Are you taking any heart or BP medications?

The PB you mention is rather low, most of us would be dizzy I think with a BP that low.  What is your HR... and how sure are you of the accuracy of the BP measurement...how are you making/getting it?

Im not on any meds , this has only been going on for 2 days . I have checked it with my own cuff and the one at the drug store . Heart rate is up to 122 , I dont have insurance and dont want to spend money i dont have if it is nothing , i feel really , really tired but maybe im just run down . I would appreciate any ideas . Thank you so much .

Is there anything heart related to be worried about? Have you had PVC's, PAC's VT's palpatations, dizziness, etc? Just wanted to ask since I don't see you have any prior symptoms - sorry if I missed that part.

My BP goes from normal around 120/80 and drops to 80/60 then 70/40 which put me in the ER.  BP& HR  fluctuates many times daily and can be caused by a multitude of things.  Sometimes my heart rate can be 170 sitting down reading and others it may be 80, perplexing and I have no clue why.

Have you tried your local health department for care? I know different counties/states fees are different but here it's a sliding scale fee based on income.

Rest & take care of yourself - if it gets really bad or seems to be something really dangerous, see a dr.  I know our local ER has to check you out & treat you and have you make payments for the fees - maybe yours is like this also?
