Faintign for no Reason

My husband has been having fainting episodes...he was in the hospital for 5 day with every test done in the book (MRI's, CAT's, EXG's, EEG's, Tilt Table, Blood work etc)  all negative.  But he faints when he is doing nothing out of the ordinary (making a sandwich, sitting on the couch, while at work etc.)  We have spoken to numerous Dr.'s and have not been given any real diagnosis.  I was wondering if anyone else has had this prob & what did you do to solve it.  We are both very frustrated and scared.

he has seen 2 different cardiologists, and they both say that his heart function is great...I only posted on this forum because I dont know where else to inquire.

You didn't mention any heart specific symptoms/problems.  So there may not be much of a match with the majority of the people who post on this Community.

Fainting seems to me to be a symptom that must be traced to a cause.  I take it he can't even drive a car, not if there's a chance of losing consciousness.

Is he aware of any heart abnormalities?  Heart rate, blood pressure, rhythm, flutter... ?
