Cool, well I really do wish you the best. Go for it and be well!!
I do have tingling in my hand some. Also have ringing in ears out of the blue. I have been having stomach upset and pain for some time now. I am figuring my lack of exercise needs to change. I have cut out caffeine 95%. I have some once a week or longer. Which I feel no different from it. I do have a sound that comes out of my mouth like a breath of air when I twist my torso or walk fast. It makes me cough then breath heavier for a minute. My gi doctor has recommended that I see my family doctor if my heart rate keeps getting high. I don't think it is cardiac or pulmonary really. I think lack of exercise or anxiety from my stomach problems. I am very tired a lot.
Certainly, it's related to heart and lungs. They're acting out. And you know., they can both be very, very healthy and make themselves known in these ways if they're not given adequate attention and care. Obviously, there can be underlying problems. But you haven't described pain, numbness, dizziness (yet). So long as you feel it's wise, and it would be good to go see your MD in any case, why not start with the best-case scenario?
Sometimes, there's little difference in the manifestation of certain symptoms.
For example, an elevated heart-rate could mean that, like me, you're not getting enough exercise. Couple that 'symptom' with, say, shortness of breath (another symptom of lack of exercise), throw in a chest-twinge or a few 'palpable' heart beats, maybe some dizziness (from worry), and before you know it, you can really think you have a cardiac or pulmonary problem.
You could be anxious. Stay well, take care.
