Fast Heart

Please help, I have stomache ulcers and gastritus etc.... I'am always bloated but now I get PVC's from time to time and my heart rate feels fast pounds in my chest and I can feel it, but somedays it's normal for awhile. My heart rate when fast is usually still just under 100 BPM, but this is starting to scare me alot. I take propranolol for my heart now seems to help but not alot, what do you think is wrong with me?. Seems like when I eat alot or drink alot my heart acts up on me, seems like it to me. My heart does not feel like it's jumping around in my chest like my beats are normal had ECG  heart trace done a few times just fast at times and skips when I'am bloated and lying down.

I have heard many people describe their PVCs as getting worse with eating.  Besides beta blockers and calcium channel blockers to try and decrease the frequency/intensity of these beats, there are not a lot of treatment options.  I think it is important to know that they are not dangerous -- they almost always are not.  This sometimes requires a few tests to say this for certain -- like a stress test, echo, ekg, and/or a history and physical exam.
