Fast pulse, dizzy

So I had a baby 12/13. Shortly afterwards I noticed my pulse was elevated. It was anywhere from 90-120 resting. I went to cardiologist- wore a holter for 24hrs. 7 day event monitor plus a stress test with echo. All came back normal. I was told they seen a very small SVT but it wasn't even worth treating. Months later I started exercising and it went away. Well then it started again I went to the ER and they just said tachycardia with no known cause. All labs were normal. But then I noticed that this happens 2 weeks before menstrual cycle. Normally my pulse laying in bed is low 50's high 60's and then once I get up and move around it's 120's. Close to my mestrual my resting is 70's to 80's and then when I get up it's shoots up to 120's to 130's and I get dizzy n light headed. The day before I can barely function. My PCP says it's anxiety and prescribed klonipin  but it doesn't help my heart rate. Does anyone have a clue!?!?!?

I wonder if your hormones are out of whack.  Having a baby can have an impact and I think we get flooded with them afterwards.  You could be a little hyperthyroid right now.  I might go to the doctor and get a blood test to be sure.  I would think with a few months time you would reregulate but may be worth getting it checked out.  Hormones do take their own sweet time but best to ask your doctor maybe even your gyni what they think.
