Fast pulse rate

Hi.  My resting heart rate averages around 92-96. Always had low Bp of 96/60.  I am 31 year old female who is about 5"3 120 lbs.  The other day at work I had a dizzy spell and thought i was going to pass out.  My pulse was 105.  I will mention I have past history of panic disorder and also have a sinus arrythmia.(fluctation in pulse with breathing).  I was active at the time but not stressed or feeling anxious.  i will see the doc next week but I am nervous.  Is this a high resting rate?  Normal rate is 60-100 but is that for resting rate also???   And do people with a sinus arrythmia have a higher rate?  Please help  Thanks

A rest HR of 100 is a bit high and should be checked, but it is not dangerously high.

You mention sinus arrhythmia, was this diagnosed by a doctor, or just your opinion?  If you don't have any problems with aspirin I think it could be a good idea to take an aspirin a day with a meal.  If you do, tell your doctor you are doing that when you have your appointment next week.
