A rest HR of 100 is a bit high and should be checked, but it is not dangerously high.
You mention sinus arrhythmia, was this diagnosed by a doctor, or just your opinion? If you don't have any problems with aspirin I think it could be a good idea to take an aspirin a day with a meal. If you do, tell your doctor you are doing that when you have your appointment next week.
