Fish oil, krill oil, other oil supplements

Hello, all. I've been away for a while as my job and being full time student is keeping me quite busy. However, I am always with you in spirit. PVCs have been pretty calm for a while, with flare ups, so it is getting easier to figure out what causes them, for me.
I know this subject has come up before but I want to make sure I drive this home and add to it.
I tried fish oil and krill oil a few times for "heart health." Each time I had various levels of increased PVCs, PACs, etc. It took me several times to figure this out. I've seen a poll on this forum that validated my theory. This time I want to tell you about something new. MCT is an oil derived from coconut oil and is supposed to be fantastic for all kinds of issues. I bought some thinking that coconut oil has to be okay. I took one dose yesterday and about two hours later started with PVCs. I knew exactly where they came from. So, started researching again and am wondering if salmon in my diet or the coconut oil I eat, occasionally, also has effects. I even read where fish oil and krill oil are bad for people who have current cardiac issues. Hmmmm.
I just wanted to throw this out there for newbies or people who have yet to make this strange connection. I have no idea why it causes palps, but for me there is no question that they do. Other antioxidants, as well. I am seeing the less healthy I try to be with diet, the better mine are.
I eat: eggs for breakfast daily, bacon twice a week, tuna fish with spinach for lunch, and whatever is available for dinner. I even drink coffee in the evening without problems. Go figure. If you are having issues and taking any kind of oils or omega's for heart health and feeling just as bad as before, or worse, consider going off to see how you feel.
Have a great day, all!
