Seeing your post go down the time-out line I took a look even though I have no experience with your subject line. Given the number of people on this community who suffer from PVC, it is surprising no one has an experience to share.
Doing a little looking if found the following link. There's a lot of information on that thread, some may be useful albeit I reading the first few posts it seems that weight gain can be a cause of the swelling, and you suggest that isn't your case. See:
