HELP PALPITATIONS!?

okay so hi i'm 16 male I've been to my family doctor, cardiologist, massage therapist, acupuncturist,an the ER. This problem started in my first year of middle school i'm am now a junior at high school. everywhere i go to they just tell me that its anxiety and its really really annoying. The palpitations are horrible, i get different types of palpitations. i get a hit on the chest feeling i get a terrifying fluttering heart and i get skipped heart beats.the worst is fluttering because it actually last a couple seconds.okay so ive gotten many things done such as; ECG(x7),ultrasound(1),blood work(5),X ray(1).And somehow they cant find anything and its super scary when i get the palpitations i get a bit of an out of body feeling. ive had 911 called, that was when i had my first panic attack. Also like about 2 weeks ago i went mountain biking with my mom and we were about 1 hour away from the nearest road with no cellphone service and i got this palpitation that was quick an easy (my heart rate was elevated then about 30 secs later i had this fluttering hear palpitation which lasted about probably 1 min but it felt like it was forever. my heart rate got even faster than what it was previously i was so scared and kind of light headed . that has been the worst palpitation i've had in my life, so it has me thinking what it could be like i really rather die than have palpitations forever.(my cardiologists theory is that my heart arteries or veins idk what he said but he said they were kind of small and that with time they would grow and i would feel better but like he never confirmed that it was that. IM REALLY SCARED I HOPE YOU CAN HELP THIS IS SUPPER SCARY:.(

I can't say for sure without it being captured on a monitor but it sounds like simple premature beats.  Some getting caught in a pattern of some sort.  When it happens again try coughing to see if you can break them up sooner.  They are harmless in an otherwise healthy heart.  The worst thing you can do is panic because that will bring on more symptoms to try to relax and tell yourself that your heart is very strong and capable of handling a few extra beats.  Make sure you drink lots of water before and during a work out as well make sure you have eaten well before.  Avoid caffeine, sugar and carbohydrates and anything that may cause acid reflux.  Try to make sure you do a proper warm up and cool down for your workouts and learn to breath steady through them.  Slow deep breaths as much as possible.  Since you had some tests to evaluate the health of your heart it really seems as though these extra beats are not a danger to your overall health.  The more you can calm yourself when you feel them the less impact they will have on you.  And watching the things that trigger, eating well and staying hydrated may help lessen them as well.  Do you know how your blood pressure is?  If you tend to low blood pressure that could be partly the reason for the jump in heart rate while standing.  If it is a bit low adding a bit of sodium to your diet may help but your best bet is to try and learn anxiety coping skills to help manage your response to your heart.  A lot of people have jumpy hearts.  The heart isn't perfect but it can manage really well to keep beating even in some of the most dire conditions so trust your heart will be OK.  And if you have a big concern then ask to be tested for POTS just so you know if you need to take steps to manage that condition.  Take care.  Keep us posted on how you are doing.
