Has anyone tried magnesium for pvcs?

Last few days pvcs and periods where it feels like my heart is going into svt. (Had 2 AV node ablations 4 yrs. ago). I am having a lot of them.  Has anyone had luck with magnesium and at what dose? would appreciate anyone's input.  Thank you.

Mg seemed to help me with PVCs.   When I started out I took 400mg of Magnesium Glycenate.  I also took 600mg of calcium/vit D.

I ended up switching to Slo Mag because it has Calcium and Mag together.

I've read and also heard that Mg shouldn't be taken w/o calcium because it can drive calcium out of our cells if there's too much Mag in your blood.

I read that Mag Oxide is useless.   It's too hard to break down and absorb.  This was my experience as I tried max ox and it did not help.  

The most absorbable forms of Magnesium tend to be bound to amino acids like Glycenate or Taurate.

Mag Chloride is also more absorbable than mag ox.
