Heart Arryhthmia- sore neck?

I've been having problems with my heart rhythm for a while now but was sent away by my previous doctor. Things have only gotten worse lately. I've been extremely tired and just not feeling well at all. I saw my doctor this week about this and he seemed very concerned with what he heard. I'm awaiting the results from the heart halter monitor I was wearing. I woke up in the middle of the night with aching pains in my neck. When I got up this morning my head is throbbing and I can't touch my neck, it hurts too badly. It's not any type of lympnode but I'm not sure what it is, or if it's related. I've got such a bad headache even after I took some Tyleno,  along with my normal shortness of breathe, and racing heart beatl. I'm really struggling through work. I'm wondering if this is connected at all and could use some advice!
