Heres my situation I am 47 yrs old. My concern is that now I only seem to get the PVCs all day now every five minutes or so I can feel a doubleDouble-tussin dm beat. Dont get me wrong I do get a couple during the day regularly but this is kind of scarey when they are happening every couple of minutes for four days now. Could this be a sign of congenital heart failure? or am i just reading into too much? Oh and I have two cardiologists and they dont seem to be worried and my echo came back fine and my holterHolter monitor (24h) showed only a coule of events during a day. What should I do?
I also have pacs and pvcs almost all days some days. I went to the ER last week because i was having pacs every third beat it lasted all day and in the ER they hooked me up to the monitor and saw all the pacs but said it's not a deadly rythm so let me go home.
Ofcourse having pacs or pvcs all day isn't normalNormal saline flush but it's normalNormal saline flush for people like us that get them. Do you take anything when you have them like this to slow them down??
I take Ativan which seems to help sometimes to calm me down atleast.
