having a good echo is excellent and i persume they caught the rhythm on ekg apart from that u could ask for an event monitor for a few weeks which will record what is going on with your hr when u are experiencing these chest pains .i have svt with quite a lot of pacs and i get frequent left sided chest pain and it is geneally put down to the chest wall pain more so than coming from the heart anytime i have mentioned to my cardio ,but i feel as with tach and all the nerves associated around the chest and the anxiety it can bring contributes to this as well ,just to take the thought off the heart for a sec there are other things that can cause pain in this area inc digestive issues gallbladder etc not saying that is what it is but just an example ,i find that if i apply heat to the area it generally ease down in a day or 2 ,if it does u will know it is nerve related ,but if u are unsure and with all chest pains keep in touch with your doc and try not to worry too much ,look up costochondritis and see if it bears any resemblance.
