Heart Palpitations and exhausted

I am a female and 30 yrs old and have been feeling ill for a bout 8 days now.  I have been extremely tired and have been having heart palpitations.  I have also been having a hard time concentrating.  I am not sure what is wrong with me.  I am usually very healthy but I am just so tired and when I over do my self or get upset my heart just races and I get lightheaded.  Please any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Have you seen a doctor about your symptoms?  That is the first question, because none of us here (probably) knows you, and really a physical examination by someone who has made it through medical school is necessary to evaluate your condition.

I would say go and see your GP.  You may have a virus that is causing your symptoms.  Obviously something is amiss so just go and get checked out.  If you need to see a cardilogist which you likely won't your GP will be the best person to assess your next steps.  Take care, I hope you feel better soon.
