I have anorexiaAnorexia nervosa Eating disorders - resources and have had it for about 3 years now. I have since started college this year and I'm in a health and wellness class. I have to exercise 3 times a week for thirty minutes. My only worry is when I exercise my heart rate rapidly gets to like 180 or more.
