Heart Shivering

Heat beat goes up unusually little by little as to get shivering my whole body when I meet officers, doing speaches among audients, facing interview and confronting with others etc..I use "Proponol 250ml tablet" to stop heat beat temporarily. I want to stop this un usual heat beat permenantly.

this has reference your last mail dated 25th of Novemeber 2009, your understand may almost right.I have channelled Cardiatrics, General Surgens in our country but treatments I got not answer for my problem.I have done test T1, as doctor said amount of thyroxine in my body may be reason for the dissorder in the pulpation. I use Propanole 250mg tablet to get a temporary medicine to stop unusual pulpation or heart beat, when atttending interviews,or doing presentations.
Please advise me what should I have to do to come up from this problem

If I understand you correctly you have high HR (even "shivering"?, not sure what that means) when under stressful conditions.  This is normal but for most (some?) of us we do develop the ability of mind-over-fear/pressure and carry on.  Some may benefit form emotional medications, such as anxiety meds, but only if absolutely necessary.
