Jaime is exactly right, myslef having anxiety and PAC's i have been told on and on that im OK, but i just cant take that for an answer i still get PAC"s at night and they freak me  out and I think im going to go into arrest. I know i should be ok but i cant get over the fear on anxiety, I like to talk to people about it and have someone close to disguss my fear with and i find it an very good way to get my mind off things, believe it or not right now im having an anxiety attack from my PACS and this is a great way to calm me down...there are many people out their in your situation and you will find talking with them and discussing your problems will help very much.

Good luck i hope this helped, and DONT WORRY!!!!

(I found it helpful to set up an apt and get my closure on things so i can finally relax and realize theirs nothing wrong)

Sometimes people aren't satisfied with what the Doctors say...I usually get second opinions as I have severe anxiety and tend to think the worst no matter what the doctors tell me. Having said that I wanted to let you know that You totally have Panic and anxiety dosorder that is obvious in your post. The problem is once we are diagnosed with panic and anxiety it makes the PANIC and ANXIETY worse!!! lol. It sucks. But listen here...Our brains are powerful, we can litterally THINK ourselves into panic attacks, and the same goes for heart palpitations. We are extra sensitive and aware of every little tick and feeling in our body. The best thing to do (as a newly diagnosed anxiety patient) Is to get therapy NOW, before you develope secondary symptoms. And just for your own peace of mind get your heart checked out by the Docs. I am not saying your heart is FINE, I am not a doctor, however I tend to think that the most rational answer is the right answer. Anxiety is a plague. It can be painful, and super scary. keep this in mind...I have had panic attacks for over 22 years of my life and even today Knowing full well That the attacks are not going to kill me, I still Freak out and think I am having a heart attack. The brain is too powerful. A tip for when an attack starts to come on. Try Snapping your brain out of it...hot showers work for me, remove yourself from the situation, change location, have someone talk to you, get online. Do something to bring yourself back to reality. Also..attacks usually only last a few minutes so tell yourself this. I am having a STUPID panic attack, It can't kill me and it will be over in a few minutes! close your eyes and breath slowly through your nose. If you feel tingly sensation on your lips, nose or face try breathing into a paper bag. The worst thing that can happen to you during a panic attack is you will pass out! NO big deal right? My yahoo email is ***@**** feel free to call on me for support and questions.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
It sounds like you could be having panic attacks.  I would put you on a monitor to evaluate how the tachycardia correlates with your symptoms and the characteristic of the tachycardia itself. I have seen patients diagnosed with panic attacks that actually had supraventricular tachycardia and people with supraventricular tachycardia that had panic attacks.  This can be a tough thing to tease out and may take some time, but there is nothing that you said that makes me think there is something seriously wrong or dangerous.
A cardiologist might be able to help make the diagnosis.
