Heart burn

I am 29 years old male and I had ASD corrected by surgery at the age of 10.Now I have occassional burning sensation in heart and fatigue.Is this burning sensation related to heart problem?What are the measures I have to taken care inorder to avoid Heart problems in future?

People tend to do very well with ASD repairs.  Heart burn sensations in a 29 year old are usually heart burn.  It is consistent with cardiac symptoms if it tends to happen with exertion or exercise, if there are other symptoms like leg swelling, waking in the middle of the night short of breath, exertional shortness of breath.

People with congenital heart disease including repaired congenital heart disease should be followed by cardiology to make sure that they do not develop late consequence of their congenital disease.  You might be able to find someone that specializes in adult congenital heart disease.
