Heart palpitations age 16
So i have been getting them for the last 2 months or so. They happen maybe once a week if i am sitting or standing but its pretty much every night when i lay down it starts to happen i have not been diagnosed with anxiety and have no history of heart problems

The more you think about heart palpitations, there more frequent and annoying they get.
It is unlikely that it is something serious, but your doctor can perform some simple tests (i.e. ECG) to rule that out and advise you further.

Today i have had them along side chest pain which has never happened before and also this was while i was sat on a bus.
