ok thanks alot its just i suffered severe palpitations tachydia while i was pregant cause your heart works harder soooo. had me thinking know they have stopped is my pulse normal i was having tachyardia attacks of up to 246 beats. luckily it happend in hospital and doctor was there.
Yes, anything between 60-100 for a resting heart rate is considered 'normal'.
Sure. 60-90 is normal, down to 50 usually means you're in really good shape, up to 100 is okay. If your pulse is out of that range while you're at rest, then you should see a doctor. Of course, if you feel like something's wrong, tell your GP.
