Hello from bosnia

I am 21, im from bisnia... i really need helpo about this couz i am unable to visit doctor. I work as a programmer, so i sit alot nd sleep little, i stoped smoking a week ago, i am 1.85m nd have 70kg, i dont have diabetes. In the past month i feel some strange cheest pain, in short intervals, strange heart "boom" beats, and chest discomfort...I am a very nervous person and my work bring a lot of stress. The problems become even worse when i go to sleep. The minute i lay down i feel strange heart beats nd strange feeeling in my cheest. I am very afraid of this nd i hope it stops, i drink medazepam for strees... can anyone tell me whats up with me and what could this all be please? Thank you and sorry about my english...

It sounds like you are having PVCs and the chest pain could be stress.  AGAIN, though, I will say that everyone who has a problem needs to have a cardiac work up to see if they have a structurally normal heart....then you can cry about it with us.  Stress does NOT help.  Getting little sleep does NOT help.  Also, you drink a lot of water, but you don't say whether you are hydrating yourself or are thirsty.  If it is the latter, you need to get checked for diabetes, too.

Also i didn  say i stoped smoking marijuana a year ago and i drink a LOT of water and liuquid... Even at night i drink at least 4-5 glasses
